Dear Sandy Hollow families,
We hope that this message finds you all safe and well during these unprecedented times. The health and safety of the camp community is our top priority, and Sandy Hollow Day Camp is closely monitoring reports and advisories from the Suffolk County Department of Health Services and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding the COVID-19 outbreak.
We are optimistic that the Summer 2020 camp season will begin as planned. In light of these uncertain times, we feel that it is necessary to clearly outline Sandy Hollow’s updated policies. In the unlikely event that any week(s) that you have registered for is rescheduled or canceled, we will issue full refunds (including deposits) for that time to all our customers. With this policy in mind, please feel free to sign up for as many weeks as originally intended, without reservation or concern. We would also like to extend our “Early Bird Discount” of $25 per week through May 1st. As always, do not hesitate to call or email us with any questions or concerns.
